  • VISA REQUIREMENTS.

    1.Invitation of an established type (i.e. A letter of Invitation to study) issued by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

    2.International Passport.

    3.Certificate of Medical Fitness from the Ministry of Health; legalized by the Ministry of Health of Nigeria.

    4. Testimonial of Student from academic Institution where he/she studied ; legalized by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria. 

    5. General medical certificate legalized by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria issued not later than two months before entry to Ukraine and translated into Ukrainian.

    6. Medical certificate from Eco Scan Services or Kings Care Hospital, both in Abuja to show absence of HIV/AIDS; legalized by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria issued not later than two months before entry to Ukraine and translated into Ukrainian language.

    7. Transcripts of school-leaving certificate of general educational schools and College, University Diploma etc to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and to be translated into Ukrainian language.

    8. Certificate of the Ministry of Education of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which confirms accreditation of general Educational Schools and College, University etc. and right of a graduate to continue study in the Higher School (i.e. Certificate of Eligibility), to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and translated into Ukrainian language.

    9. Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission (NPC) to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and to be translated into Ukrainian language. In a situation of unavailability of Birth certificate issued by the NPC, the student should get an affidavit of age declaration (2 original copies). He/she should then use one original copy of the affidavit to obtain an attestation of his/her date of birth from the NPC. The attestation of birth from the NPC and the other original copy of the affidavit of age declaration can now be legalized.

    10. Insurance policy concerning urgent medical assistance legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria of Nigeria.

    11. 12 Passport photographs (60 x40 mm).

    12.Return ticket with open date valid for one year

    13.Six (6) months bank statements of parents (or sponsors) – with and advised balance of at least N1,000,000.00 (One million Naira) but with good transactions throughout the duration of the statement
    14.Appointment letters of parents/sponsors (Employment documents and/or Company registration documents for self-employed individuals).15. Letter of Sponsorship from the Sponsor - typed on the company letter-head, especially for self-employed individuals (Check our website homepage for a sample of the letter).16. Affidavit of facts sworn by the sponsor in a court; endorsed y the Commissioner of Oaths of the court (Check our website homepage for a sample of the affidavit).17. A clear copy of the sponsor’s International Passport data/photo page, Driver’s license, or National ID card.18.Non-refundable consular fee of $45 to secure an appointment at the Embassy.19.Visa fee of N70,000 (which is only paid after the visa is granted).
